2022 Board Nominations

The BOMA Austin Leadership Development Committee, Chaired by Chad Williams, Past President, is seeking nominations for candidates to fill at least five Director positions, each a two-year term, that will become available in 2022, a minimum of four (4) Principal Members and one (1) Allied/Principal Member to be elected.

Any Principal, Allied or Professional member in good standing is eligible for nomination to these positions, including the following incumbents, whose terms have expired:

• Chris Covo, PJS of Texas, Inc.
• Michelle Ford, HPI
• Karisa Johnson, Riverside Resources
• Kathy McDuffie, The RMR Group
• Allison Petersen, Blue Ocean Energy
• Chad Williams, Cogent Enterprises, LLC (not eligible for renomination)

Directors who will remain on the Board for one more year are:

• Marc Krohn, The RMR Group
• Jasmine Porter, Newmark
• Tricia Motx, CBRE, Inc.
• Farrah Gotto, Newmark
• Mike Reyes,WLE
• Stephanie Knapp, Cousins Properties
• Priscilla Villegas, Cushman & Wakefield
• Vanessa Vercher, AQUILA

The nominations committee will present a final slate of officers & directors for 2022 to members via email in August.
