Join us for the Southwest Region TOBY® Awards Banquet at the Austin Marriott Downtown on Saturday, April 1st, 2023.
The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Awards is the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing outstanding performance in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. We are excited to welcome the local winners from the Southwest Region at this celebration!
Guests will enjoy cocktails and mingle at our pre-event reception. We will gather in the ballroom to honor the best and brightest in commercial real estate property management and enjoy a delightful dinner.

Location: Austin Marriott Downtown 304 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78701. A link to make hotel reservations for special rate of $299 per night will be provided in confirmation email for those that register below.

Cost: $175 per person (not included with conference registration) $200 after 3/1/23
Parking: Valet & garage parking available at the venue. More details coming soon.

What to expect: Cocktails & Live Jazz Ensemble during reception prior to the event. Doors will open at 6:30 pm to be seated for dinner. Tables will not be reserved in advance - first come first serve. Food options will be provided prior to the event with the ability to chose main course. 2 Drink tickets will be provided to paid attendees. Additional drinks available for purchase with credit card only - cash not accepted. We ask that you not bring in outside alcohol due to hotel restrictions.
Attire: Cocktail Western Chic - get your boots shined & ready to go!

Salad: Fresh market greens, carrots, organic cherry tomato, cucumber, spiced pepitas, sherry vinaigrette
Entrée Choice (we will ask for option closer to the event by email confirmation):
- Pan seared Texas Redfish & blue crab, quinoa Texas tabbouleh, grilled baby spinach, lemon beurre blanc
- Tenderloin (7oz) parsnip puree, asparagus, sweet peppers, roasted cauliflower, bourbon peppercorn sauce
- Vegetarian option will be available
