Welcome Party

Join us for a Welcome Party you will sure to remember!  Mix and mingle with your friends and colleagues, feast on a variety of local culinary creations and enjoy live music by The Ransom Brothers on a Downtown Austin roof top.  And last but not least, test your Urban Cowboy skills on the Mechanical Bull! 

Location: Bull & Bowl 501 W 6th Street, Downtown Austin, Texas 78701

Date & Time: Thursday, March 30th, 2023 - 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Shuttle:  There will be a running shuttle to and from the Austin Marriott Hotel! 

Parking: Metered street parking, adjacent privately owned parking lot, or garage parking also available in the area.

Live Music:  Based out of Austin, TX, The Ransom Brothers blend classic rock and outlaw country for a heavy driving southern rock experience.

Activities: Duckpin bowling, mechanical bull, pool tables, photo booth, specialty drink and more!

Cost:  This event is included in the Full Conference Registration.  However those that are not registered for the conference can attend for $100 per person.  Pre-registration & payment in advanced is required.  Increases to $125 after 3/1/23.  $150 for walk-ins not pre-registered.
